4. No Guarantee of Results
The App provides predictive insights based on algorithms and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee:
- • Catch success
- • Accuracy of forecasts
- • Availability or reliability of data
Fishing outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control.
5. Safety Disclaimer
You acknowledge that fishing and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. The App does not provide safety, navigation, or emergency advice.
You are solely responsible for:
- • Your personal safety
- • Checking official weather and marine warnings
- • Compliance with local laws and regulations
6. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- • Provide accurate information
- • Keep login credentials secure
- • Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
7. User Content

By submitting User Content, you:

We may remove User Content at any time.

These are probabilistic models and should not be relied upon as guarantees.
Community Guidelines
Users must:

- • Avoid sharing exact sensitive fishing spots if restricted
- • Comply with local fishing regulations
Violations may result in account suspension.
